As a social media coordinator you will be responsible for execution, creation, reporting and strategy across all social media platforms. You will be working on multiple accounts and handling clients. you will be social media savvy, have good knowledge of influencers and influencer marketing, and stay ahead of social media trends.
Tasks:
- Support and collaborate with Account Manager
- Develop, implement, manage and evaluate social media strategy based on objectives, goals and market characteristics
- Develop and maintain an optimal posting schedule coherent to best web traffic times and customer engagement metrics
- Maintain a unified brand voice across all social media channels
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- Identify potential influencers to work with, establish initial communication and oversee content for social campaigns
- Manage influencer giftings for social media giveaways and collaborations
- Analyze influencer performance metrics
- Establish a rapport with influencers
Requirements and General Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a coordinator
- Create engaging image and video/motion content
- Experience working in a Media, Advertising, Marketing and/or Technology environment
- Must be professional and a collaborative team player
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to change
- Ability to make good judgement decisions and proactively problem solve
- Experience with confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- This is a full time position
